Are you a hands-on leader with a heart for people and a head for operations? Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community is seeking a Buildings/Maintenance Director to lead our dedicated team and ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our campus facilities.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a team of approximately eight maintenance professionals, managing everything from HVAC and plumbing to preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols. You’ll be empowered to hire, train, and inspire your team, while ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings strong supervisory experience in building management, sharp organizational skills, and a genuine passion for serving others. You’ll need to be a clear communicator, a thoughtful problem solver, and comfortable using basic Microsoft Office tools and digital work order systems like Worxhub.
