If you are a current employee interested in a posted role, here's the process:  

Internal candidates (current employees) should have completed any introductory period and must be in good standing in order to be considered for an internal opening.  Upon applying for the role, you may first speak to the HR or hiring team for an initial confidential conversation about the role.  If you are interested in interviewing, you must seek your manager's approval before an interview is approved.
